Full birth certificate – With your mother and father’s names or adoption certificate/change of name documents
Work Permit/Visa – If required
Proof of National Insurance – HMRC Letter / NI Card / P60 / P45
Certificates/Qualifications – FLT License, Driving License, DQC Card, Digital Tachograph Card, Health and Safety/Training Certificates
An up-to-date CV – Including previous work history, dates at those companies and an overview of your responsibilities
References – Bring along any references that you have
On arrival at Jobsworth we will ask you to provide your documents which will scan and verify and then return them to you. We will also ask you to complete a short registration form. A Consultant will then take you through an interview. They will discuss work history, previous skills, qualifications and what type of work you are looking for. For some industrial contracts and driving vacancies there is a brief test that you will need to complete.
