We have an exciting opportunity available in Redditch working as a Service Controller. Our client is a longstanding Forklift dealer.

Permanent Contract
Monday to Friday – 39 hours
£23,000 – £24,000
What’s needed from you?
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate
What the job entails:

Your primary role will be to ensure the efficient operations of the Service Department and its engineers
- You will promptly and effectively resolve customers breakdowns, by logging breakdowns, allocating jobs to engineers/third parties to get these resolved quickly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
