Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our expanding team in Halesowen.


What’s on offer?

Location : Halesowen
Hours : 8am – 5 pm Monday – Friday (Can be Flexible)
Pay : £11.44 – £12 per hour (Dependant on Experience)
Contract: Permanent

What the job entails:

  • Collating signed timesheets from temporary workers; both directly from our clients and via consultants and then inputting then into our CRM system. – Chasing timesheets where necessary
  • Create costing sheets for clients who require Purchase Order Numbers
  • Liaising with consultants in regard to pay rates
  • Ensuring the payroll is completed and submitted to the relevant team by their required deadlines.
  • Type invoices for clients
  • Save all necessary information to correspond with invoices for clients.
  • Inputting data and personal information into the payroll system in a timely manner for new starters each week
  • Request P45’s from the payroll companies for workers who have left
  • Dealing with any payroll queries in a timely and professional manner

The right candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however full training will be given
