We have an exciting opportunity available in West Bromwich working as an Office Administrator. Our client specialises in Fasteners and are ideally looking for someone with previous working history within the Fasteners industry.
What’s on offer?
Permanent Contract
Monday to Friday
Monday – Thursday : 0830am – 1730pm | Fridays @ 0830am-1700pm
Salary is negotiable
What’s needed from you?
- Previous experience working with the Fasteners industry
- Competent Administrator
- Excellent customer service skills
What the job entails:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
