Jobsworth Recruitment are currently seeking an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to work based in our Halesowen Office.
Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Halesowen
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Salary: £28,000
Contract: Permanent
This position requires you to have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with provision to cover all clients requirements which will include onsite meetings and being on call.
Duties of the role will include but not be limited to the following;
- Focusing on the fulfilment, recruitment and plan management for our Halesowen (and surrounding areas) clients
- Management of bookings on our in house CRM system
- Developing new clients through business development strategies
- Placing and creating job adverts to meet the changing needs of our client base
What we need from you;
- At least 12 months experience would be ideal
- Excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous sales experience would be beneficial for this role
