We have an exciting opportunity available in Bilston working as a Fabricator/Welder. Our client is one of the first companies in the UK to develop a range of independently tested highway safety barriers.

Monday to Friday
Rotating shift patterns ; Mornings – Mon to Thurs 5:45am – 2pm and 5:45 – 11:45pm Fridays
Afternoons – Mon to Thurs 2:15pm – 10:30pm and 12pm – 6pm Fridays

What we need from you:
Must have overhead crane licence
Experience in Mig & Mag welding
Experience using both hand and power tools
Have 3-5 years fabrication experience
FLT experience (advantageous but not essential)
Be able to read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams and drawings
Basic reading and computing skills
What the job entails:
Reading, interpreting and following basic blueprints, diagrams and drawings
Using callipers, weld gauges, tape measures
Maintaining weld machines
Using hand power tools
Maintain and control inventory
Perform quality work checks
Identify product defects
Rework and repair welded parts and products
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Pay rate:
£14.18 per hour
