Job description
Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions are seeking an administrator/ data entry clerk for our client in Solihull, Birmingham.
The company is a nationwide meat industry and are looking for a dynamic candidate work in their offices, assisting with transferring information from paper to computer system – training provided
Office is well organized and has a break room with access to tea and coffee making facilities
Duties Include:
• Transferring papa data to digital data form.
• Answering phone calls and transferring them to the correct department.
• Other general administration may be included
Ideal Candidate
• Outgoing and friendly – able to work alone or as part of a team
• Able to work in open plan office
• confident on Microsoft 365 packages
• excellent telephone manner and eye for detail
• Ideally drives due to location – not essential.
Working hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5pm. and Friday 8.30am to 2pm
 
£9.50 an hour
