Our client who are a Leading National Commercial Roofing company, have an exciting job opportunity available in Manchester and the surrounding area working as a Construction Manager.
What’s on offer?
Working hours: 8.00am -17.00pm (39 hrs per week)
Salary: £45 to £50k (dependant on experience)
Salary Benefits: 10% PCP Car Allowance + Pension
Contract: Permanent
Location: Manchester
What the job entails:
As the Construction Manager your role will be to organise and manage contracts to ensure quality, safety, programme and the gross objectives are achieved.
The right candidate:
You will need to be able to organise, control and manage contracts department, be able to monitor all contracts in conjunction with subordinates. It is essential that you hold a Black CSCS card or have the equivalent to NVQ Level 6, SMSTS and have Vast Roofing experience.
