obsworth Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking HGV Class 2 drivers for on-going client requirements based in Stoke.
Job Title : HGV Class 2 Driver
Shifts: Monday – Friday, with optional weekends.
- Early morning Shifts – 3am – 8am Starts
- Late morning Shifts – 9am – 12pm Starts
- Afternoon Shifts – 1pm – 5pm Starts
- Night Shifts – 6pm – 11pm Starts
Pay Rate: £16-£18 – Per Hour – Weekly Paid (LTD or PAYE drivers welcome) – Overtime rates paid on weekends.

Requirement:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently between depots, stores or industrial estates. This will involve driving either flatbed, curtainside or box vehicles. Ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all road safety regulations. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage paperwork and vehicle inspections are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, along with a valid Class 1 license, CPC qualification, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
To be considered for the role, we need you to meet the following requirements:
- HGV Class 2 license (Minimum 1 year for insurance)
- CPC Card
- Digi Card
- No more than 6 points (No DR codes)
