Are you an experienced industrial recruiter or resourcer looking to earn some extra income before Christmas?
Based in the Black Country would be ideal!
Or maybe you’re on maternity leave or have kids at home and want a flexible way to stay active in recruitment?
We’re looking for a self-motivated Industrial Recruiter to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis through the festive season.
What the role involves:
🔹 Sourcing and speaking to candidates from industrial backgrounds (warehouse, manufacturing, production, etc.)
🔹 Posting and monitoring adverts across multiple job boards and social media platforms
🔹 Screening CVs and qualifying applicants
🔹 Supporting with general recruitment admin and candidate communication
What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience in recruitment or resourcing (ideally in industrial or temp roles)
✅ Confident communicator with good people skills
✅ Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
✅ Comfortable working flexibly from home or part office-based
